At HCI Channel Letters, we make every attempt to ensure our customers are happy. That is why we only sell top quality Channel Letter signs by established manufacturers and have them shipped in their original crating to you directly. HCI Channel Letters stands behind the quality of our products. If you ever receive defective or damaged signs, please contact us immediately to arrange repair or replacement. All sales are final and any defects or damage must be reported within 7 days of receipt for consideration. We will make sure you get exactly what you ordered in perfect condition. However, we cannot accept returns or cancellations of orders for any reason. All orders will be made with a signed purchase agreement we will provide you when you have decided to proceed with your order.
All orders are shipped ground via either UPS or Fed Ex Freight. Per our quotes, freight will not be marked up, but the actual charges will be billed upon shipment. Most orders ship from Indiana.
In general, orders ship from the factory in approximately 3 – 4 weeks. As with any custom product, delays may occur if there are questions about your requirements.
Shipping charges are based on actual UPS Ground charges based on the weight of product ordered and the shipping zones.
